Sherrie Maricle FREE Jazz Youth Workshop
JazzArts Charlotte welcomes Sherrie Maricle for this one-of-a-kind jazz educational workshop. This applied workshop is open to middle and high schooler musicians, with at least a year on your instrument. All instruments are welcome – you are invited to bring it along.

Women In Jazz: FIVE PLAY featuring Sherrie Maricle
In celebration of Women’s History Month, the JAZZ ROOM welcomes renowned drummer and bandleader, Sherrie Maricle and FIVE PLAY. This quintet is comprised of members from the world-famous Jazz DIVA Orchestra rhythm section with two of its foremost soloists. This collective is rooted in the jazz tradition with a “creative vision to swing through the twenty-first century”.
